Anyone heard or used E foundation?
Looks like a fork of LineageOS that supports a wide range of devices. Available pre built for those that don't want to get their hands dirty.

Don't be put off by the terminology in that guide. From ordering my VPS to having my own Matrix server, took me less than 40 minutes, it really is not difficult at all!
If you want to get started with Yunohost or Matrix and learn more on how you can do the same...
After chatting with some of the pros, I spun up another VPS (takes 5 mins) + followed this guide to install my own Matrix server.
It looks complicated but I literally copy + pasted the commands 1 by 1, easy!
After doing that, I'd caught the hosting bug I wanted to try my own http://Matrix.org server. Matrix is 'An open network for secure, decentralized communication'.
It is to Telegram what Mastodon is to Twitter.

has this awesome guide (which he's self hosting, obviously!) and was the impetus for me to finally make a move.
In the space of just a few days, I've created my first VPS at @Namecheap

A node is the eye through which you interpret your Bitcoin world. Not using your own node is the equivalent of viewing bitcoin through someone else's eyes, you only see what they want you see.
